Stella Kikoyo, founder of Stellar Woman, has won three major awards at the 2025 Women Changing the World Europe Regional Awards, recognising her work in gender equality, education, and leadership.
On the night, Stella received:
• Gold Award for Gender Equality and Empowerment
• Silver Award for Woman in Education
• Bronze Award for Leader of the Year
A rare and meaningful triple win.
“My Heart Is Overflowing”
In her own words, Stella shared just how much this moment meant to her.
“My heart is overflowing. I’m still processing this moment. To win three awards in one night is beyond what I ever imagined. I’m deeply humbled, grateful, and on fire with purpose.”
These awards celebrate women who are creating real change in areas that shape communities and futures. For Stella, the recognition is not just personal. It reflects the collective work of many women, voices, and shared stories.
Gratitude at the Centre
Stella took time to acknowledge the people and community that have shaped her journey.
First, she expressed gratitude to God, who she credits as the source behind everything she does. She honoured her family and friends, describing them as her foundation. She thanked the Stellar Woman community, recognising that this journey is shared, not solo.
She also celebrated the stellar women who trust the platform with their stories, and the experts, mentors, business partners, coaches, and team who contribute to the work every day.
“This is ours,” she shared.
Special thanks were also given to Karina Blake and Racheal Kiconco for nominating her, and warm congratulations extended to all winners and finalists who continue to inspire change around the world.
