Making decisions no matter the outcome moves you forward.. when it comes to corporate sessions or board decisions, there’s need to a better approach- an inclusive approach that not only involves understanding the individuals involved but also ensuring that you involve everyone and think about their needs and how your decision/s will impact them. It is a comprehensive and more of an ecosystem.
