What key lessons has life taught you so far?
Slowing down, being open, and being grateful. Not listening to all the thoughts that come into your head and being open to going with the flow being the observer.
Do you have any fears?
Absolutely! I would say I am actually pretty shy.
How do you overcome your fears?
Reading and watching videos. It reminds me of the things I want to remember in my life. Meditation and finding time for stillness.
Have you ever failed at anything before?
Oh yes. When I don’t make my numbers, I find it concerning.
When you fail, how have you picked yourself up?
We are here for a short time, so I change my perspective such that I can regain my balance and energy.
